Hi, my name is Lynda Harlos and I am the leader of the avon 'wildfire' team. I have been an avon representative since 1994. I work my own hours, and build my sales, and my team at my own pace. I know
lots of Leaders who have built their teams quicker
than me, and I am ok with that.
We are still #2 in the division, 
For that I thank my team for being so awesome.
Each team member comes with their own story, and their own strengths that I find amazing. I love hearing words like "thank you for knocking on my door all those years ago", or "I am so glad I am part of this team". Those are music to my ears. We are not just any old avon team,
we are the WILDFIRE team.
We work together, we help each other out, we have team meetings where we can shop and socialize, and yet we are a professional team that believes in helping each person reach their own individual goals, whether that be just a discount, or making it to the top. If you put your best work out there, we are ready and willing to work along side you, and make you as successful as you want to be.
